For the Kl model, the “E8l enhancer-Cd8a promoter-Kozak-Cre-rBG pA" cassette will be cloned into intron1 of ROSA26 in reverse orientation.
Note
The insertion site of the Cre recombinase gene expression cassette in this strain is located on chromosome 6. Please avoid breeding with gene-edited mice targeting genes on the same chromosome as the Cre tool mouse when conducting mating.
