Position Description
This role involves technical sales, market development, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate will be passionate about biotechnology and ready to take on the challenge of driving our business forward in the U.S. and EU market.

Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion & Sales Management

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

Expand market share and drive business growth in the U.S. and EU.

Provide technical support and sales of Cyagen’s products and services.

Collaborate with the team to optimize sales strategies and performance.
Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Listen actively to customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Conduct follow-ups and gather feedback to improve service quality.
Market Research & Analysis

Stay updated on market trends and industry developments.

Collect and analyze market data to inform decision-making.

Participate in marketing plan development to boost brand awareness.
Team Collaboration & Project Management

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales execution.

Support new product launches through promotions and customer training.

Complete additional tasks as assigned by the company or sales leadership.
Requirements
-
Education: Master's degree in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, or related fields (Ph.D. preferred).

Experience: 1–3 years in sales or technical support within biotech. Outstanding Ph.D. graduates encouraged to apply.

Location: Must be willing to relocate and work long-term in the U.S. or EU.

Technical: Familiarity with cell/gene editing, cell biology, and animal model experiments.

Soft Skills: Problem-solving mindset, excellent communication, multitasking ability, fluent English.
