huHSC-NKG-ProN Mice

Suitable for ADCC Research and in vivo CAR-NK therapy

The huHSC-NKG-ProN mice are an upgraded product of the huHSC-NKG series. The "Pro" indicates the upgraded series, while "N" stands for human NK cell reconstitution. This model is capable of developing multiple human immune cells, including T cells, B cells, and NK cells. It is particularly suitable for research on immune checkpoint inhibitors, Antibody-Dependent Cell-Mediated Cytotoxicity (ADCC) mechanisms, and in vivo CAR-NK therapies.

Research Applications

  • Tumor Immunology Research: Suitable for studies on immune checkpoint inhibitors, ADCC research, and in vivo CAR-NK therapies.

  • Drug Metabolism and Toxicity Research: Ideal for evaluating the metabolic characteristics and toxic effects of candidates in vivo.

Validation Data

Sample type: Peripheral Blood

1. Humanized Level Post Human HSC Transplantation in NKG Mice:

Human umbilical cord blood-derived HSCs are transplanted into NKG mice for immune system reconstitution. The ratio of human CD45+ leukocyte to total CD45+ leukocyte exceeds 30%.

2. Proportions of T Cells and B Cells Post Human HSC Transplantation in NKG Mice:

The T cell to human leukocyte ratio exceeds 20%, while theB cell to human leukocyte ratio is 10-30%.

3. Proportions of NK cells Post Human HSC Transplantation in NKG:

NK cell to human leukocyte ratio is 10-30%, while monocyte to human leukocyte ratio in is below 1%.

4. Body Weight and Survival Rate Post Human HSC Transplantation in NKG:
